Focus: I am a holistic coach with a focus on career transitions and balance, and I have a particular interest in coaching with workers in higher education, or workers who are transitioning from higher education into sectors other than colleges and universities. I am also keenly interested in working with people who have completed an EdD or PhD who want to gain clarity on if leaving academia is their next step, and determining their next steps.

About Coaching: The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires clients to maximize their personal and professional potential.
