Veroniva was established in early 2012 to continue the pioneering journey of its founders in renewable energy development, focusing on the early-stage development of utility-scale solar energy projects in South Africa.

With early-stage development completed on more than 1400 megawatt projects and a project pipeline of new developments over 200 megawatts, Veroniva is well-positioned to contribute to the South African energy transition.

More than 800 megawatts of total PV solar capacity where Veroniva is the early-stage developer or early-stage owner-developer will be constructed as part of the RMIPPPP and REIPPPP programs.
