Elizabeth Smith

Elizabeth Smith currently serves on the Board of Governors of the ABA College of Workers' Compensation Lawyers and has been Counsel at Verrill Dana, LLP since July 1998. Previous leadership roles include Co-Chair of the ABA Workers' Compensation Standing Committee and Chair of the ABA TIPS Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability Committee, where Elizabeth successfully organized the Mid-Winter Meeting in New Orleans. Elizabeth obtained a J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law and holds an A.B. in Romance Languages, Government, and German from Bowdoin College, with additional study at University College Galway and Hamilton College in Paris.
