Gary Rosenberg

Gary Rosenberg is an experienced health care lawyer with a deep expertise in representing various providers such as physicians, hospitals, and long-term care entities. Currently serving as Counsel at Verrill Dana, LLP since October 2011, Gary focuses on matters related to payment systems, regulatory compliance, corporate issues, and fraud prevention. Prior experience includes a partnership at Behar & Kalman from March 1988 to October 2011, and an associate position at Ropes & Gray LLP from July 1982 to March 1988. Gary also held the role of Deputy General Counsel at the Massachusetts Rate Setting Commission, providing regulatory advice and defending rate appeals from June 1978 to July 1982. Gary holds a Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School.
