Mary Schmidt

Mary Schmidt is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Counsel at Verrill since December 2022. Previously, Mary was the Principal and one of the original founders of Schmidt & Federico from 1994 until February 2023. Earlier in their career, Mary held the position of partner at Lee & Levine from 1988 to 1993 and worked as an associate at Goulston & Storrs from 1978 to 1988. Mary Schmidt holds a J.D. from the University of Chicago, an LL.M in Taxation from Boston University School of Law, and a BA in English from Cornell University.
