Robert Hover

Robert Hover is an experienced legal professional specializing in intellectual property law and corporate legal matters. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Verrill since January 2018, Robert represents both domestic and international clients. Additionally, Robert advises technology startups as a Technology Incubator Legal Advisor and Advisory Committee Member at Dirigo Labs. Elected Vice Chair of the Local Public School Board, Robert provides legal strategy consultation and assists in budget development for a public school budget exceeding $40 million. Previous roles include mentoring at Techstars and advising startups at Harvard Innovation Labs. Robert's extensive legal experience began with positions at notable firms, including Greenberg Traurig, LLP, and McCarter & English, LLP, after earning a JD/LLM in Intellectual Property Law from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from Clarkson University.
