Stephen Floyd

Stephen Floyd is a seasoned Technical Trainer and Instructional Designer currently working at Versa since December 2019, specializing in the Department of Labor Job Corps. Prior to this role, Stephen spent 18 years at Apple, from June 2001 to July 2019, where responsibilities included training staff and agents across North and South America, developing curriculum plans, and crafting digital and blended learning solutions. Stephen also served as the world-wide lead multimedia design lead for Apple's Retail Online Learning Team and was instrumental in the creation of eLearning software simulations. Education was completed at The University of Texas at Austin from 1995 to 1998.
