Ryan Fightmaster has a diverse work experience in the music industry. Most recently, they served as the Director of Talent & Partnerships at Versa since April 2022. Before that, they worked as the Music Director at Groot Hospitality from April 2019 to April 2022. Prior to that, they were a Talent Buyer at RPM Presents from September 2016 to March 2019. Ryan'scareer also includes roles as an Agent at AM Only from October 2015 to June 2016, a Talent Buyer at Made Event / SFX from January 2014 to October 2015, and an Executive Director at Prime Social Group from September 2012 to December 2013. Ryan began their career at WME Entertainment, where they worked in the music industry from March 2009 to August 2012, and prior to that, they were at the William Morris Agency from July 2006 to March 2009.

Ryan Fightmaster attended the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Additionally, during the same period, they also pursued studies in Marketing/International Business at the University of Cincinnati.
