Ashok Kumar

Ashok Kumar has over 19 years of work experience in the field of engineering and software development. Ashok is currently working as a Principal Engineer at Versa Networks Inc. since February 2013. Prior to this, they worked as a Staff Engineer at Juniper Networks India Pvt Ltd from March 2010 to January 2013. There, they were involved in the design and development of infrastructure components for Multi-core systems, subscriber management modules, and PCEF components in the data plane. Before Juniper Networks, Ashok worked at HCL Technologies Ltd as a Senior Technical Lead from December 2003 to February 2010. In this role, they were responsible for feature enhancement and sustenance of Cisco IOS kernel, design and development of TLB refill exception handling, and embedded resource management framework for the MIPS platform. Ashok began their career as a Software Engineer at Sankhya Technologies Private Limited from June 2001 to November 2003.

Ashok Kumar attended Holy Redeemer's Higher Secondary School in Thisaiyanvilai from 1991 to 1997, where they completed their high school education. Following that, from 1997 to 2001, they enrolled in Manonmaniam Sundaranar University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering.
