Mickey Singh

Mickey Singh has a wealth of experience in sales enablement and training roles. Mickey is currently serving as the Global Head of Sales Enablement at Versa Networks since May 2021.

Prior to their current position, Mickey worked at Cloudflare, Inc. where they held the position of Global Head of Sales Enablement starting from January 2019 until May 2021. During their time at Cloudflare, they established effective sales enablement programs that contributed to a 40-50% revenue growth over two years. Mickey successfully onboarded over 250 sales reps and reduced ramp time, resulting in improved sales productivity.

Before Cloudflare, Mickey was the Global Head of IoT Sales Enablement at Cisco Jasper from February 2015 to December 2018. Mickey played a crucial role in the successful onboarding of the salesforce, sales acceleration, and enablement of strategic partners in over 50 countries. Mickey continued their contributions to the company after Cisco Jasper's acquisition, leading sales enablement for all IoT at Cisco Jasper.

Prior to Cisco Jasper, Mickey served as the Director of Product Marketing and Training Programs at Chargepoint from July 2013 to February 2015. Mickey managed various teams and launched a certification program for partners while ensuring cross-functional readiness for new product launches.

Before their time at Chargepoint, Mickey worked as an independent Sales Enablement Consultant for various tech companies in Silicon Valley, including Blue Coat Systems, MediaDefined Inc., SunRun Inc., and John Muir Health. Mickey advised these companies on implementing sales enablement and learning technology solutions.

Mickey's earlier experience includes roles such as Sr. Manager of Training and Standardization at Heartflow, Inc. from October 2011 to November 2012, and Senior Manager of Customer Training at Pacific Biosciences from May 2010 to September 2011.

Mickey also held managerial positions at Accuray from September 2004 to January 2009, Elance from July 2002 to August 2004, and Ariba from January 2000 to June 2002.

Mickey Singh pursued their education at Meerut University, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Combined Sciences from 1979 to 1982. Mickey then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Physics at the same university from 1982 to 1984.
