Tim Harrington

Tim Harrington has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Tim started their career at Coherent, Inc. in 1978 as a Marketing Communications Specialist and worked there until 1983. Tim then joined Pyramid Technology as a Technical Writer and was employed there for 13 years. In 1996, Harrington joined Cisco Systems, Inc. as a Senior Manager in Technical Documentation and remained with the company for 10 years. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Senior Technical Writer in a self-employed capacity. Tim then joined VMware in 2007 as a Technical Publications Manager for a brief period of time. In 2008, they joined Juniper Networks as a Senior Technical Writer and subsequently worked as the Director of Information Experience/Technical Documentation for over a decade. Most recently, in 2019, Harrington joined Versa Networks as a Senior Information Engineer.

Tim Harrington attended Bellarmine College Preparatory from 1967 to 1971. Then, from 1971 to 1975, they studied English at San Francisco State University and obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree.
