Jan Larsson began their work experience in 1979 at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, holding various administrative positions such as Administrative Resident, Administrative Assistant, and QA and Risk Manager. Jan then moved on to Cooper University Medical Center in 1983 as Assistant Hospital Director for Medical Programs. In 1985, Larsson joined Temple University Hospital as Assistant Hospital Director for Surgical Programs. Finally, in 1988, Larsson became the President and CEO of Versa Products Company, Inc.
Jan Larsson attended Trinity College-Hartford from 1973 to 1977, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in math, computers, and biology. Jan subsequently enrolled at Duke University from 1977 to 1979, completing a Master of Health Administration degree with a focus on health administration.
