Alessandro Galli

Alessandro Galli has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Alessandro started their career as an HR Generalist at CHANEL in 2010 and later became an HR Business Partner. In 2018, they moved on to Herno S.p.A. where they worked as a Group HR Manager for four years. In 2022, Alessandro joined BMC SPA, a part of the LVMH Group, as a Senior Human Resources Manager. Alessandro'sresponsibilities included managing HR in a Jewelry R&D and production plant, implementing policies and procedures, and developing the company's internal school. Currently, they are working as the HR Director Industrial Operations at Versace.

Alessandro Galli pursued a degree in Psychology with a focus on organizational psychology and consumer behavior at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca. In addition, they obtained additional certifications including "Mastering the Art of HR Data" from Hi LVMH x ESCP in 2023, Attestato Professionale Somellier from Associazione Italiana Sommelier in 2013, and a Certificate of training from CEB in 2013.
