Celia Beales has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fashion industry, primarily focusing on embroidery and design. Celia has held various roles in esteemed fashion houses such as Versace, Emilio Pucci, Saint Laurent/Balenciaga/Burberry, Tom Ford, and Alexander McQueen. Celia'smost recent positions include being an Embroidery Senior Design Director at Versace, an Atelier Embroidery Design Director at Versace, and the Head of Embroidery Atelier Couture at Versace. Celia has also worked as the Head of Embroidery at Emilio Pucci and held a role in embroidery design at Saint Laurent/Balenciaga/Burberry. Celia has demonstrated their expertise in embroidery through their responsibilities, which include creating samples, meeting with clients, and overseeing the development of embroidery designs. Additionally, they have worked as an embroidery designer, both in a freelance capacity and as an intern, and has been involved in womenswear design as well.
Celia Beales completed a Diploma in Fashion Design from the New Academy of Fine Art in Milan in 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a DMA (Diploma of Art Profession) with a specialization in Textile Creation and Embroidery from the Duperré School between 2004 and 2007. Celia also attended the Atelier de Sèvres Paris in 2003 to 2004, where they pursued a preparatory class in Fine Art and Decorative Art.
