Prior to Versace, Eva held various senior HR roles at Burberry, leading shared service functions and acting as a regional HR business partner across multiple markets. Experience also includes managerial positions at 俊思集團, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, and strategic HR planning, as well as a role at adidas as an Assistant HR Manager responsible for recruitment and HR policies. Eva holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Foreign Language - English from Shih Chien University.
