Marco Garsetti

Marco Garsetti has extensive experience in financial and human resources management, primarily in the luxury retail and corporate sectors. At Versace, Marco serves as HR Cost Controller, overseeing retail labor cost planning across EMEA and managing variable pay initiatives. Previously as Compensation & Benefit Manager, Marco handled labor cost planning for a global workforce of approximately 2,500 employees. Additional roles include Finance Business Partner at Syngenta, where Marco managed budgeting and reporting processes, and various positions at MTV that encompassed financial and HR controlling. Marco began their career as a Junior Controller at Lamberti S.p.A. after earning a degree in Economics, specializing in International Economics from Università Bocconi.
