Robert Mari is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in performance management, talent acquisition, and employee development across the retail and corporate sectors. Currently serving as the Human Resources Business Partner for Versace, Robert provides strategic consultation to store managers and collaborates with senior leadership to address workforce needs. Previous roles include Human Resources Business Partner at Brunello Cucinelli, where Robert successfully implemented an international internship program and revamped onboarding procedures, and Human Resources Generalist at Hauser & Wirth, where Robert developed new hire orientation programs.
