Roberto Graziani

Roberto Graziani is an accomplished IT professional currently serving as the IT Service Operations Senior Manager at Versace since July 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and SLAs of HQ and Retail service desks, optimizing workflows, and enhancing support experiences.
