Chip Miller

Chip Miller serves as a Learning Strategist at Versado Training since 2015, specializing in creating tailored learning solutions that enhance employee alignment and engagement. As the Owner of Novation Training Solutions, a sales training and consulting firm established in September 2002, Chip develops customized and off-the-shelf training solutions. Previously, in the role of Global Head of Training at Patheon from November 2012 to June 2014, Chip led global needs assessments and developed training initiatives aimed at improving corporate key performance indicators. Additional experience includes serving as Manager of Sector Operations at GlaxoSmithKline and a background in training at Merck. Chip holds a Master of Science in Physiology and Human Performance and a Bachelor of Science in Education and Physiology, both from Miami University.
