Kathleen Wolfe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as a Product Manager at VersaFlex, Incorporated since September 2018, Kathleen oversees rapid curing polyurea elastomer sealants and fast set polyurea spray materials for an ISO 9001:2008 certified manufacturer. Previously, as Marketing Director at Heatron from October 2012 to December 2017, Kathleen played a pivotal role in achieving over 100% sales growth by developing and defining the Marketing Department. At Kustom Signals, Inc., from March 2010 to March 2012, strategic marketing efforts led to a significant increase in brand reputation and net profit. Additional experience includes directing insights and planning at Market Directions, serving as an Account Planner at The Integer Group, and Barkley while attaining a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Kansas Graduate School of Business.
