Joel Drewry

Joel Drewry is the current Principal at Versant Ventures. Joel has also held the position of Board Observer at RayzeBio from August 2020 to January 2021. Joel's previous experience also includes working as a Strategy and Operations Associate at Northern Biologics from January 2015 to January 2016, as well as working as an Industrial Postdoctoral Fellow - Discovery Team at the Centre for Probe Development and Commercialization from September 2012 to February 2014. Joel's experience also includes working as a researcher and Ph.D. candidate at the University of Toronto from March 2008 to September 2012.

They are on a team with Tom Frohlich - Entrepreneur-in-Residence, Rachel Lane - Principal, and Cathy Dring - Legal Counsel. Their manager is Brad Bolzon, Chairman & Managing Director.
