Joel Drewry

Joel Drewry is currently the Principal at Versant Ventures, a healthcare venture capital firm founded in 1999 with over $4 billion under management. They have held various roles including Board Director and Board Observer at multiple therapeutic companies. Prior to their current position, they worked at Northern Biologics as a Strategy and Operations Associate and at the Centre for Probe Development and Commercialization as an Industrial Postdoctoral Fellow. Joel completed their Doctor of Philosophy in Organic Chemistry at the University of Toronto in 2012 after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from the same institution.
