Richard Roy

Richard Roy is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in technology management across various roles. Currently serving as the US IT Manager at Versaterm Public Safety since January 2023, Richard focuses on internal IT needs within a larger team while continuing to support the JusticeTrax team. Previously, Richard held the position of IT Manager at JusticeTrax from September 2010 to February 2023, managing a wide range of IT services for enterprise clients. Richard's earlier experience includes positions as General Manager at LANstar, Systems Integration Specialist/Network Manager at JusticeTrax Inc, Network Administrator at ProfitKey International, and Inventory Controller at IKON Office Solutions. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a high school diploma from Salem High School in Salem, NH.
