Fabrizio Perilli

Fabrizio Perilli serves as the Group Managing Director of Versatile Group, Australia's foremost diversified property development and construction company, since 2023. In addition to this role, Fabrizio is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of PERIFA, focusing on designing and delivering innovative community-focused environments. Prior experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer of TOGA Development & Construction from 2007 to 2022, where Fabrizio contributed to successful property and hospitality projects across multiple regions. Fabrizio’s expertise also encompasses a role as Director at Coffey Projects, specializing in project management for complex infrastructure, and as Associate Director at Clifton Coney Group. Fabrizio holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Adelaide, completed in 1996.
