Geoffrey Baker has held various positions in the healthcare industry since 2002. Geoffrey began their career as CEO and Board Member of Med-Vantage, a healthcare technology company, which was sold to IQVIA in 2002. From 2009 to 2014, they were the General Manager/AVP/Client Partner at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where they led a multi-disciplinary, worldwide team of application development, technical, operations, project and program management and business process re-engineering professionals. During this time, they also turned around executive for $1BN MMIS/State government programs with organizational change management, governance, EPMO, SDLC delivery and process improvement programs.

In 2014, Geoffrey Baker founded VenAdvisory, where they served as Founder until 2018. VenAdvisory offerings increased commercialization success for SMB organizations and helped organizations realize value faster by reducing their cost of customer acquisition and time-to-market by 30%.

In 2018, Geoffrey Baker took on the role of Commercial Growth Officer at Sapiens Data Science, where they worked on market and sales validation for proof-of-concept, MVP for a continuous, unified view of an individual\u2019s health outlook and lifespan with genomics-informed predictive scores, risk factors, and algorithms.

Finally, Geoffrey Baker is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Versational\u00ae, a company that identifies and extracts what\u2019s important in every conversation and transcribes 60 minutes of conversations into 6 minutes of summarized takeaways.

Geoffrey Baker obtained their MBA from The Wharton School in the field of Healthcare and their Bachelor's degree from Williams College in Economics.
