Pascal Smulders

Pascal Smulders is the Head of Business Operations at Verse, a position held since 2024. Previously, Pascal worked at McKinsey & Company from 2017 to 2019 as a Business Analyst and later as an Engagement Manager. Earlier experience includes a Graduate Internship at Heerema Marine Contractors in 2016 and a role as a Supply Chain Analyst at HEINEKEN in 2015. Pascal earned a Master of Science in Offshore Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, along with a Summer School certificate in Business Analysis and Valuation from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
