Christopher Betts

Christopher Betts is the Head of Identity Professional Services at Versent, where they lead an exceptional team across Australia. With over fifteen years of experience as an Identity and Security architect, Christopher has contributed to significant projects such as Australia Post's National "Digital iD" initiative and the Commonwealth Digital Transformation Agency's Trusted Digital Identity Framework. They have previously held positions as CTO at Australian Cloud Identity and as an Identity Architect at CenITex, among others. Christopher is also engaged in Ethereum blockchain development and has co-led a blockchain-based trading card game, "Ethernomicon." Currently, they are pursuing a PhD in Computer Science/Bioinformatics at Monash University, where they also earned a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science.
