Prior to this role, Dora held various senior HR positions at Transurban and National Australia Bank, where Dora championed diversity and inclusion initiatives and provided strategic HR consulting to support business objectives. With a background in coaching, HR management, and leadership development, Dora has the knowledge and experience to drive organizational change and enhance employee capabilities.
