Jai Painter

Jai Painter currently serves as the Group Finance & Strategy Manager at Versent, overseeing the finance function for the entire Versent Group and leading a finance transformation project. Prior to this role, Jai was the Finance Manager for Afterpay, managing financial operations in Australia and New Zealand and leading a team to ensure accurate monthly financial reporting. Experience at Stax included managing the finance team and gaining expertise in cloud financial management. Jai's career also includes roles as a Senior Consultant at EY and co-founding Offcampus, an ed-tech start-up. Notable involvement in various non-profit organizations includes serving as CFO for Empowered Together and as a Youth Ambassador and Events Coordinator for JITO Australia. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of Melbourne and Chartered Accountant qualifications from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
