Constance has an MBA from Vanderbilt’s Owen Business School of Management and a B.A. in English from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. She merges her undergrad writing experience with business best practices to help you develop your story on paper.
Prior to becoming a career consultant, Constance held senior management positions in the non-profit, finance, and healthcare sectors. She has hired dozens of employees and knows what works when trying to make your experience stand out.

Created by three individually successful moms, Versher seeks to change the way women work by thinking "outside of the cubicle". We aim to bring greater flexibility to women who wish to utilize their professional skill set in a less traditional environment; therefore, offering them a greater balance between work and life. Our goal is to keep more talented and accomplished women in the work force by connecting candidates to part time, project-based and job share opportunities with local businesses.
