Andrew Shiels is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience across various roles and companies. Andrew began as an Audit Assistant Manager at EY, progressing to Audit Senior and Audit Manager before transitioning to commercial finance roles. Notable positions include Financial Accountant and Process Development Accountant at Digicel, Commercial Accountant at Kerry Group, and multiple finance director roles at Kerry and Version 1, where Andrew currently serves as Finance Director for the Central Europe region and Head of Decision Support.
