Daniel Lynch is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service delivery and support roles. Currently serving as Service Delivery Manager in the Service Reliability Group at Version 1 since April 2013, Daniel oversees the management of multiple Service Desk teams and acts as the Transition Process Owner on the Change Approval Board. Prior to this role, Daniel worked as an Infrastructure Consultant at Version 1, providing IT support and managing customer systems until February 2016. Additional experience includes software and hardware support roles at Phorest and Heatons Stores, as well as current responsibilities as a referee for the Kildare District Underage League. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in IT Management from Technological University Dublin.
