Dean Greer is a seasoned professional in the IT and business transformation sectors, currently serving as the Lead Business Transformation Consultant at Version 1 since November 2025. Prior experience includes roles at FinTrU as the Information Technology Service Desk Team Lead and Senior Infrastructure Engineer, along with a position as Information Technology Lead at HUMAIN. Dean's earlier career involved a variety of positions at Kainos, culminating in the role of Partner Operations Manager, as well as technical positions at Cranswick Country Foods PLC and SPAR South Africa. Educationally, Dean holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours and a Diploma in Professional Practice in Information and Communication Technology from Ulster University, completed between 2011 and 2017.
