Gavin Kerr

Gavin Kerr is a Senior Product Manager and Senior Business Analyst at Version 1 since October 2022, specializing in Agile methodologies for public sector projects. Responsibilities include coaching customers on Agile principles, facilitating workshops to identify customer value, and assisting with backlog management and UAT. Previously, Gavin worked as a Business Analyst at Leaf from November 2021 to October 2022, serving as the main communication link between clients and the Solutions Team during project initiation. Gavin's career began at Kerr Henderson in July 2012 as a Software Developer, later evolving to an Operations and Marketing role in the Wealth Management division, where analytical and problem-solving skills were applied to back-office operations. Gavin holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing for Business Applications from the University of Plymouth, completed in 2012.
