Jacinta M. is a Senior Service Designer with a deep passion for human-centered design. They have collaborated with various teams across local and central government, focusing on digital innovation and service design to enhance user experiences. Jacinta has held roles such as Service Design and Innovation Consultant and Project Manager, where they successfully designed multi-agency care pathways and spearheaded significant service transform initiatives. Currently, Jacinta serves as the Director of Jacinta Mellenger Service Design Ltd and continues to work in senior service design roles across multiple organizations. Jacinta's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Developing Professional Practice in Management and ongoing studies in Film and Media Studies at the University of Central Lancashire.
