James Giblin has extensive experience in service delivery and governance, currently serving as the Head of SRG Governance and previously as the Head of Service Delivery Management and Service Delivery Manager at Version 1 since May 2016. Prior to this role, James worked as Managed Services Manager at Dataspire Solutions from November 2012 to March 2016 and as Service Leader at IBM from January 2004 to October 2012. James holds a degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University, attended between 1999 and 2003.
