Jason Cooper is a strategic leader with over 15 years of experience in user-centred design (UCD), service design, and digital transformation. Currently the Head of UCD & Insights at Version 1, Jason drives growth and excellence in digital consulting while leading a dynamic team of specialists. Previously, Jason held various roles including Director of Customer Experience at Civica and Lead User Experience Architect at ATOC/IPL, where they excelled in aligning user needs with business objectives across multiple sectors. Jason holds both an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction and a BSc in Computer Science with Business from the University of Bath.
