Matthew Clarke has extensive experience in user research and technical support within the UK public sector. Beginning at the Department for Transport from 2007 to 2011, Matthew provided level two technical support for SAP systems to over 18,000 staff members. Following this, a role as Customer Insights Manager at the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency from 2011 to 2019 included managing customer insight and user research in alignment with government standards.
