Paul Hodkinson

Paul Hodkinson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT Service Management and Operations. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant in ITOM/ITSM at Version 1 since September 2023, Paul has previously held key roles at Verint, including Senior Manager - Cloud ITSM and Service Lifecycle Manager, focusing on IT Service Management processes in Cloud Operations. Additionally, Paul held positions such as EMEA Technical Operations Manager at KANA Software, IT Infrastructure Manager at Euronext, and has significant experience as a Lead in Linux support across various companies, including NYSE Euronext and Openwave Systems. Paul holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Systems from Edinburgh Napier University and degrees in European Regional Development, Human Geography, Economics, and German from Ulster University and Universität Siegen.
