Simon Hird

Simon Hird is an experienced portfolio manager currently employed at Version 1 since June 2018. Prior to this role, Simon served as a managing consultant at Cedar Consulting Ltd from March 2012 to June 2018, notably managing the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM R7 for a major London law firm. Simon has also held positions including senior development project manager at LV Insurance, where responsibilities included overseeing quarterly development releases for a legacy policy system, and principal consultant roles at both Atos Origin and KPMG Consulting, focusing on PeopleSoft HCM solutions. Throughout a career spanning over three decades, Simon has demonstrated expertise in project management and implementation in the realm of HR technology, beginning as a programmer at Nabisco in 1985. Simon holds a BEC/TEC HND in Computer Studies from Solent University.
