Wayne Bale Mbe

Wayne Bale MBE is an experienced IT service management professional with a career spanning several decades. Since founding Bale IT Services Limited in June 2006, Wayne has also served as a Service Management Consultant for Version 1, contributing to various high-profile projects, including global service centre design and contracts for Avolon Airlines, Reach PLC, and the Houses of Parliament Restoration & Renewal. Previous roles include Interim Operational Service Management Lead for the Houses of Parliament, Interim Head of Service Delivery at the Pension Protection Fund, and various service management and architecture positions at the UK Home Office and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Before entering the IT service sector, Wayne served in the British Army as a Royal Engineer from 1988 to 2002.
