Zoe Popperwell is a Senior User Researcher and UX Consultant with extensive experience in user experience design and research. They began their career as a Teaching Assistant at Bristol Free School, where they supported students with learning disabilities from 2013 to 2015. Zoe transitioned to e3 Media as a User Experience Consultant from 2015 to 2017, conducting user testing and qualitative research for various notable clients. They continued to develop their expertise at cxpartners from 2017 to 2019 before working as a Senior User Researcher at Farsight Consulting Ltd and the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. Currently, Zoe serves as a Senior User Researcher at Version 1, focusing on projects for the Department for Education. They hold a First Class (Hons) degree in Psychology from the University of the West of England.
