Garth MacLeod

Garth MacLeod is the CFO at Versium. Prior to joining Versium, Garth was the Vice President of Finance at Infospace Inc., where they were responsible for complete financial management of the corporation and generating KPI’s and earnings forecasts used for internal operational management and interaction with Wall Street analysts. Garth was also part of M&A team to implement global expansion included acquisitions in Europe and Japan.

Before Infospace, Garth worked as Senior Financial Analyst at Sabre Holdings Corporation, where they performed a wide range of strategic and financial analysis, developed business cases, built budgets and reported on business unit profitability.

Garth began their career as Director of Finance and Real Estate at Pacific Cascade Inc.

Garth MacLeod attended Henderson High School before going on to study architecture at The University of Auckland. After completing their undergraduate degree, they pursued an Advanced Certificate in International Management from Copenhagen Business School. Finally, they earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business, with a concentration in finance and marketing.

Garth MacLeod reports to Dillana Lim, CEO. Garth MacLeod works with Chris Matty - Chief Revenue Officer, Kevin Marcus - CTO.
