Katy Chen

Katy Chen has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Katy began their career as a Product Developer at Pou Chen Group, where they collaborated with Nike to develop footwear products and implemented a LEAN project to reduce development lead-time. Katy then interned as a Financial Analyst at Dietz Reha-Produkte, analyzing cost structures and financial performances of the firm. After that, they worked at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant, specializing in process and performance management, and worked on projects involving responsibility accounting and enterprise planning. Katy then joined Philip Morris International as a Corporate Planning & Budgeting Analyst, providing market forecasts, coordinating strategic planning, and reporting performance measures. Katy continued their financial analysis career at Air Products and later moved to Versum Materials, where they held several roles including Financial Analyst and Specialty Accounts Business Controller. Their most recent position at Versum Materials is the Head of Semiconductor Materials Planarization BF Controlling. Throughout their career, Katy has gained experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Katy Chen obtained an MBA in Operations and Finance from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business from 2008 to 2010. In addition, they also earned a Master's degree in Finance from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht in 2009.
