Bas Berga

Bas Berga currently serves as the Global Program Leader for Home Care at Philips Domestic Appliances, a position held since June 2021. Prior experience at Philips from August 2007 to June 2021 includes roles such as Senior Manager of Business Development and Senior Manager of Business Intelligence, where responsibilities involved translating value propositions into product specifications and overseeing product development verification and validation. Additional experience encompasses roles such as Senior Project Leader for front-end innovation and Business Consultant for Domestic Appliances. Bas Berga holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering from Hanze, along with a Black Belt certification from the Philips Design for Six Sigma program.
