Devendra Singh is currently the Consumer Care Lead for India at Philips Domestic Appliances Limited, where they manage the end-to-end function of Consumer Care to enhance consumer experience. With over 19 years of experience in the After Sales Service sector, Devendra has held various leadership roles at companies including HCL Infosystems, Micromax, and Nokia. They have also managed service operations across multiple countries, including Russia, the Middle East, and African nations. Devendra holds an MBA in Operations from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a degree in Electronics and Telecom Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.
