Janis Vieth is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Excellence at Versuni since November 2023, Janis previously worked at EssilorLuxottica as Senior Global Talent Manager. Prior roles include Head of HR (a.i.) and Global Talent Manager at GrandVision BV, and various HR positions at CEVA Logistics, where responsibilities encompassed managing talent strategy, leadership development, and recruitment across Southeast Asia. Janis began the HR career at SchnellMedia Asia Co., Ltd. as HR Manager, focusing on recruitment, organizational development, and employee engagement. A graduate of Arnhem Business School, holding a BBA in Human Resource & Quality Management and Business & Management Studies, Janis is well-equipped to drive HR excellence and talent development initiatives.
