Lay Lay Yeo

Lay Lay Yeo is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in the Asia-Pacific and Japan regions. Currently serving as HR Lead and Business Partner at Versuni since July 2021, Lay Lay Yeo has successfully integrated HR strategies post-divestment while driving key initiatives such as employer value proposition and employee engagement. Previously, Lay Lay Yeo held various HR leadership roles at Philips from 1995 to July 2021, including Country HR Manager for Singapore and Malaysia, Senior Director for Health Systems APAC, and HR Director for Philips People Services, where significant contributions included establishing regional offices and pioneering HR service operations. Lay Lay Yeo's career began as a Personnel Officer at Armstrong (Singapore) Pte Ltd from 1992 to 1994. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the Singapore Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the National University of Singapore.
