Lidewei D. currently serves as the Marketing Director for Coffee at Versuni since November 2025 and is also the Owner of Hoops for Good since September 2025. Previously, Lidewei D. worked at Unilever from May 2011 to May 2025, holding various significant positions including Business Unit Lead for Beauty & Wellbeing in the Benelux region and Marketing Lead for the Local Jewels in Beauty & Personal Care. With a strong focus on marketing strategy and brand development, Lidewei D. managed extensive brand portfolios across hair, skin, and baby care categories, demonstrating expertise in general management, P&L responsibility, and cross-functional team leadership. Lidewei D. has served on the Board of the Nederlandse Cosmetica Vereniging from April 2023 to January 2025 and has experience in shopper marketing and category management from prior roles at Sara Lee and Ahold. Lidewei D. holds a degree in Marketing and Strategy from the University of Groningen and additional qualifications in Trade Marketing.
