Marco Leoni

Marco Leoni currently serves as the R&D Mechanical Group Leader and Resource Manager at Versuni, a position held since March 2023 following the transition from Philips. With over 17 years of experience at Philips, Marco has led various teams focused on espresso machine development, managing projects from research to production launch, and ensuring quality improvement throughout the product lifecycle. Key roles included LifeCycle Management Program Manager and Project Leader, emphasizing innovation and cost reduction through methodologies such as Six Sigma Black Belt and LEAN. Prior experience also includes mechanical design at Studio effe 2 srl and production line management at Saeco International Group. Marco holds a diploma in mechanical engineering from ITIS Leonardo da Vinci.
