Sander Rigter currently serves as the Global Head of Rewards & HR Digital at Versuni, where responsibilities include overseeing the Rewards function, Performance Management, and International Mobility, with plans to take on the HR Digital function in 2025. Sander also operated as an independent business owner within the electronic dance music scene and gained early experience at De Nederlandsche Bank and PwC. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics, both from the University of Amsterdam.
